8. Disruption of Communications

Disruptive communication is anything that hinders the clear flow of communication between users on KrypticMC.

Disruptive communication includes, but is not limited to:

Flooding: Posting an excessive number of threads or posts disrupts communication.
Non-English Communication: KrypticMC is an English language service. Communication, especially content viewable by many users, should be in English. This also means that users should use proper English. "Leet speak" and alternating upper/lowercase letters (e.g., "tYpInG lIKe ThIS") are hard to read and will not be tolerated.
Miscellaneous: Communication that disrupts easy browsing of the site will not be tolerated. This includes excessively large pictures, large ASCII art, or links that redirect to a different destination than stated.

Youtubers, Streamers, and Content Creators are encouraged to release videos for monetary purposes so long as it is within the conjunction of KrypticMC's rules. Any egregious hacking, leaks, slander, or abusive behavior will not be permitted to use in content recorded on servers and games owned by Mediaworks LLC. For content that violates said rules, you irrevocably grant Mediaworks LLC all rights related to any work created and waive all of your own rights, including moral rights, to content that contains cheating or other malicious and disruptive activity and understand that all previous rights you have had in said content are forfeited.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. You may not buyback, stop, or credit the server by any means to receive a refund for funds that have been paid. In the event of such actions, we reserve the right to discontinue your play/access on the server/website and to prohibit any further transactions. Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection actions necessary to recover damages in the case of a forced charge-back.
